START at paint mark on kerb stone on exit from Country Park on A1185. Proceed along slip road to join A1185 and continue to the Seal Sands roundabout with A178 - Tees Road (2.1mls), where take first exit and proceed on Tees Road to circle the Nuclear Power Station roundabout, (TURN – 4.9mls). Retrace route back to the Seal Sands roundabout and take 3rd exit onto A1185 (7.6mls). Proceed to FINISH, at paint mark on the kerbstone, 290yds past the start. Mark is at the white pole and grate.(pole is located adjacent to fence behind the trees) (10 miles)
