I Cannot Login

If you have previously registered on the old CTT website (any events before 3rd May), you will need to register again on the new website. Old website login details will not work on the new website

I Did Not Receive A Verification Email

If you did not receive a verification email, there are a couple of things you can try

The first thing to check is your junk/spam folder. The verification email may land in this folder
Request a resend of the verification email using this link Resend Verification Email

I Am An Organiser But Cannot Manage My Events

If you organise events and registered with the same email address as is associated with your organiser account, you can expect your account to be link automatically. This can take upto an hour, so please check back in an hour (you should also logout/login).

If after an hour you are not able to access the admin panel, please contact support@cyclingtimetrials.org.uk
