Joscelin Lowden and James Rix dominated proceedings as they were both victorious in the East Sussex CA 10 on Saturday morning.
Lowden (Storey Racing) set a time of 21-58 as she secured victory in the event near Eastbourne. The 31-year-old was also victorious last weekend as she won the UTAG RT 10. The reigning National Hill Climb champion also finished third last weekend at the Port Talbot Wheelers 25.
James Rix (Team Bottrill/Vanguard) was the fastest on the day, setting a time of 19-39 to seal the win. He was victorious earlier in the year securing a win in the API-Metrow 25 in August and the Team Bottrill rider also won the Brighton Excelsior CC 25 back in July.
Christopher McNamara (Nuun-Sigma Sport-London RT) finished second 20 seconds behind Rix. He finished with a time of 19-59 to claim the second step on the podium.
McNamara was victorious at the Sussex CA 50 and the Crawley Wheelers 10 during July.
Third spot was claimed by Nick Dwyer (Lewes Wanderers CC) who clocked a time of 20-59. Dwyer has had numerous podium finishes throughout the season and he was victorious at the VTTA Surrey/Sussex 10 in April.
The out and back course saw riders navigate their way along the A22 starting and finishing near East Hoathly. The course had riders pass through Whitsmith, Golden Cross and Lower Dicker before making a turn and heading back along the same route to the finish.
