The promoting club celebrated a one-two as Paceline RT held a 25-mile time trial on the G25/44 near Oakwoodhill in Surrey on Saturday.
Pat Wright, 31, clocked 53.22 to take the win from team-mate Keith Lea by 35 seconds, while the podium was rounded off by Tom Pritchard (Hampshire RC) who was another nine seconds adrift.
Among Wright’s previous performances this season are victories in the Sussex CA 15 last week and Farnham RC 10 in May, both stages of the South Downs Bikes TT in February, as well as winning the Southern Counties CU 10 last month.
He placed second in the East Surrey RC hardriders 27-mile event in March, and was also runner-up in Kingston Wheelers’ sporting 14 in February as well as third in the Maidenhead and District hilly 30 in March.
Delia Beddis (Les Filles Racing Team) was the fastest female in the event with 1:01.58, beating Katie Crowe (Dulwich Paragon CC) by a minute and a half.
The event used the G25/44 course which starts on a minor road just north of Warnham before heading north via the A24 to Beare Green, then looping back down on the A29, back up to Beare Green and then down toward the finish to the west of Warnham.
