STRICTLY NO PARKING NEAR START OR FINISH DO NOT PARK ON GRASS VERGES PLEASE.

ESSENTIAL NOTE TO COMPETITORS:
After the second roundabout at the turn please stay on the slip road until it joins the A63 . This is a long run in and there is no advantage in getting onto the main road sooner.
WARM UP AREA.
Those riders who wish to put final touches to warm ups near the start are requested to avoid riding through South Cave.
Please us the road south of the start signposted to Elloughton / Brough. This is a wide, smooth surfaced and quiet road ideal for the purpose and will not upset local villagers. If we wish to maintain frequent use of this fast course please help all race organisers to keep on the right side of local residents.
IN THE INTEREST OF YOUR OWN SAFETY, CYCLING TIME TRIALS AND THE EVENT PROMOTERS STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU WEAR A HARD SHELL HELMET THAT MEETS AN INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED SAFETY STANDARD.
ALL UNDER 18 AND JUNIOR RIDERS MUST WEAR SUCH A HELMET.
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, be fitted in a visible position to the rear of the bike and be functioning throughout the event.
