IN THE INTERESTS OF YOUR OWN SAFETY:
Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an internationally accepted safety standard.
In accordance with Regulation 15 ALL JUNIOR competitors must wear Protective Hard Shell Helmets.
It is STRONGLY recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.

Course details:
Start @ bridge over stream @ Cockercombe then continue along single carriageway road towards Triscombe Stone for a distance of 1.08miles, to finish @ end of straight, next to small layby on both sides of road. Both start and finish point indicated by flags on the day. After you finish please keep the finish line area clear. On your way back down please take care, keep left and mind the other riders coming up.
