All riders to sign in @ HQ, which is Red Lion PH, Sheffield Rd, A616 Jackson Bridge, HD9 7HB, before progressing to start. Any rider under the age of 18 must have a completed parent/guardian form and bring to HQ or post before to secretary.
Any rider under the age of 18 MUST wear a helmet of at least the minimum recommended requirement. All other competitor are recommended to wear a helmet and display a laminated rear red light.
All riders of 18 and under most bring a signed parent/guardian consent form to HQ registration
Collect and fit race number to rear of jersey.
Take care when proceeding to the start as the HQ is on a main road with tight bends.
Report to the start area in time to be ready for your start time.
Keep close to the wall directly before start line to allow vehicles to pass without hindrance.
Be aware that vehicles, pedestrians, horse riders and cyclists maybe coming in the opposite direction as well as from behind.
Once you have completed the course continue past the finish line to allow any other riders free passage to the finish line.
Preferred return route back to HQ is via Victoria and then the main road down the hill to Jackson Bridge.
If you return to HQ down the hill climb course take great care and do NOT hinder other competitors.
Once back at HQ return race number to HQ staff.
If you fail to complete the course inform either the start timekeeper, finish time keeper or HQ staff ASAP.
