Course Description: Start at metal grate approx. 20 yards from junction of Fox Valley staff car park and Fox Valley Way. Proceed forwards to R/A, take 1st exit onto A616. Continue to R/A (Flouch – 6miles), take 3rd exit onto A628 and proceed forwards. 7.9 miles turn left onto Lee Lane (B6106) and continue to crossroads at 9.5 miles, turn left onto A616 and continue. 10.8 miles mini R/A take 2nd exit. 10.9 miles R/A (Flouch) to take 1st exit and continue on A628 to turn left after 12.7 miles onto Lee Lane (B6106) to crossroads with A616 (14.2 miles), turn left on A616 and continue to mini R/A(15.6 miles) to take 2nd exit onto Flouch R/A to take 2nd exit and continue on A616 to the finish which is situated at point on road opposite the SOS phone box (10B) which is situated in a layby 400yards East after the bridge that goes over the A616
