Start at the top end of the ranby Northbound slip-road on the site of a disused petrol station, proceed north on the A1 to exit via slip-road to Blyth Nornay junction 5.2 miles. Take 3rd exit over A1 from 1st traffic island to second traffic island, exit via 3rd exit onto A1 Southbound (Take care fast traffic from right). Proceed South on A1 to finish at Ranby lay-by just before Ranby Village Hall, 10 miles. PLEASE DO NOT STOP AT LAY-BY, CARRY ON TO SLIP ROAD. CAUTION: Absolutely no warming up on A1 Please! Please no U turns on approach slip road to A1, only enter slip road to start your race.
