The Newbury Velo tandem pair of Ian Greenstreet and Rachael Elliott extended their long unbeaten streak and were quickest on the day in the Sotonia CC 10.
The event incorporated the Tandem Tart 10 and attracted a strong field in the category with 17 tandems completing the course.
Meanwhile, the quickest two-up team time trial pair were the Andover Wheelers pair of Alex and Michell Webber.
The solo categories were equally as well fought as Matthew Buckley (Velo Club St Raphael) went quickest man and Beverley Hards (New Forest CC) the fastest woman.
Starting on the B3056 competitors headed out from Lyndhurst before turning onto minor roads for the second half of the event.
All profits from the event were donated to the ME Associations Ramsay Research Fund.
The formidable tandem pair of Greenstreet and Elliott are unbeaten in over three years in open category events.
They recorded a 63rd consecutive open victory in a time of 21-04 which was the quickest on the day of any rider and 1-51 faster than their nearest tandem competitor.
Sotonia CC pair Michael Marsh and Adrian Robinson finished second in 22-55, while another composite pair of Joe and Emma Shepherd (New Forest CC) placed third (23-45).
Elliott said: “There was really nice conditions, you couldn’t have got a nicer morning. There was a light wind but otherwise it was perfect conditions to ride.
“It’s a lumpy course around the New Forest, we did the course a few years ago and liked the challenging course.
“There are some fast descents and sharp climbs which can be difficult on a tandem to get into sync. We were 16 seconds faster than last time on the course and we had a lovely little classic Jaguar hold us up on one of the lumpy bits.
“It’s also fun riding against so many other tandems, we absolutely love the event. Mary and the team of organisers did a really great job."
The two-up team time trial competition was closely fought with the Andover Wheelers pair clocking 21-48 which was 21 seconds quicker than Michael Marsh & Adrian Robinson (Sotonia CC), while Joe and Emma Shepherd (New Forest CC) finished third (23-45).
After winning the VTTA (London & Home Counties) 10 earlier this month Matthew Buckley (Velo Club St Raphael) added another win to his collection in the open category in 21-31.
In a close battle for the podium positions Jake Prior (Velo Club St Raphael) finished second just seven seconds back in 21-38, while Stuart Hourigan (VeloRefined Rule 5) was third just four seconds behind (21-42).
Devon Badman (NAUT Cycling) was a more convincing winner in the open road bike category and was the only rider to break the 24-minute barrier in 23-57.
Eamonn Deane (Bournemouth Jubilee Wheelers) finished second in 24-22, while Mike Anderson (CC Moncontour) was third (24-56).
Junior competitor Niclas Olley (Sotonia CC) narrowly missed the open road bike podium placing fourth overall in 25-06.
All the women solo competitors were on road bikes and Beverley Hards (New Forest CC) was the quickest of them in 27-34.
Hards finished second in the Bournemouth Arrow 10 in her only other open outing this season and went one better this time out.
Finishing second on this occasion was Katie Horton (Sotonia CC) in 28-43, while Janine Pattison (Zoom Triathlon Club) was a further four seconds back in third (28-47).
