Karl Norris (360VRT) was victorious in the one-lap 18-mile version of the ZeroBC time trial in Oxfordshire on Sunday.
The 53-year-old from Swindon clocked 42-25 to win on a road bike, while second spot was TT biker Jake Summers (Mickey Cranks CC) who was three minutes further back.
Meanwhile, another road bike rider, Andy McPherson (VC10) was third with 47-56.
The hilly time trial saw competitors complete an 18-mile classic time trial course in windy conditions. The course started one-mile outside Charlbury before heading out on the B4026 through Spelsbury to Chipping Norton.
Competitors then joined the A361 down through Shipton-under-Wychwood to the junction with the B4437 and back to Charlbury.
The course will be run again in April when Oxonian CC host their event.
This was win number eight in open time trials for prolific rider Norris, who counts among his other victories the Epsom CC 25 and VTTA London and Home Counties 10 earlier this month as well as the Bristol South CC 50 in August.
He has also notched up several top ten finishes in hill-climbs so far this season, and is next in action at the Welsh 50-Mile Championships as well as the National Road Bike Championships next Sunday.
