Oliver Hurdle and Holly Ramsey were quickest male and female riders respectively at the Sotonia CC road bike 24-kilometre time trial on Sunday morning.
23-year-old Stolen Goat Race Team rider Hurdle covered the course in 35-10 to win by 1-22 from Jamie Witcher (Bournemouth Cycleworks), with Alexander Fortune (Army Cycling) completing the podium in third place with 37-23.
Holly Ramsey (Tofauti Everyone Active) was quickest female in 41-23, more than two minutes clear of second-placed Sien Van Der Plank (New Forest CC), while Yana Polyak (DHC) was third.
It was a cold but sunny morning on the P183a course new Nomansland, with a crosswind on the exposed middle section of the course making the winning times all the more impressive.
Hurdle was second in the Kingston Wheelers sporting 14-mile event seven days earlier, but went one better to claim victory in the Sotonia CC event.
The course takes riders on an anti-clockwise loop, starting north of Nomansland and heading through Landford, over to Redlynch, down towards North Charford and the B3080 Roger Penny Way before turning up to Bramshaw and on to the finish at Nomansland again.
