Nicholas Fennell (Thanet RC) stormed to his ninth open time trial victory of the season finishing over three minutes clear of his nearest competitor, while his team-mate Paul Burrows was the quickest road bike.
Fennell took his fifth consecutive time trial win stopping the clock in a time of 51 minutes and 19 seconds.
The Q25/10 saw riders start near St Nicholas at Wade before competing out and back along the A299 to Herne Bay.
Fennell, aged 30, has also won the VTTA, Medway Velo Club and Wigmore CC events over 25 miles and added another victory to his collection.
Peter Robertson (Lea Valley CC) finished third at the VTTA (Kent Group) 10 on his first open outing of the season last season and went one better to take second on this occasion.
A close battle for the podium places saw five riders separated by under two minutes, with Mark Hill (VeloRefined) having enough for third overall in 55-47.
Hill was also quickest veteran on scratch and age adjusted time with the 55-year-old seeing his time come down 52-40.
Alex Pearson (Woolwich CC) narrowly missed out on a podium position finishing a further 28 seconds back (56-15), a single second quicker than quickest road bike Paul Burrows (Thanet RC) who also finished fifth overall.
Veteran rider Burrows has made the road bike category his own with this being his seventh open time trial victory in the category.
With Fennell and Burrows placing in the top five positions overall they were joined by Mathew Lister to win the team award.
There were no female entrants.
