Ben Jones (Cycle Specific) was fastest rider at the Virtual CC 10-mile time trial in South Wales on Sunday morning.
Jones set a time of 20-42 ahead of Tom Davies (Rapha Cycling Club) in 20-55 and Dan Jenkins of Bynea Cycling Club who recorded 23-01 for third spot.
Jenkins was also recognised as the best improver on Personal Best by 34 seconds, with three other riders also setting a new personal best on the day.
Andrew Jenkins improved his by 33 seconds, Gareth Rees by 16 seconds and Jason Cole by 19 seconds.
Rod Hicks from Port Talbot Wheelers CC managed the best result against veteran standard time with +3-19.
As host club Virtual CC were formed in 2017, they will also give a novelty prize of £20.17 to the first rider to clock a time of 20-17, but once again this went unclaimed.
This is a second victory from two events this season for 35-year-old Jones, having also finished first in the Cardiff 100 Miles RCC on February 26.
This event, held on the R10/22A course near Resolven in Neath Port Talbot, saw many riders report a strong headwind after the turn.
The route starts on Vale of Neath Supplier Estate service road, before heading towards Resolven Roundabout, along the A465 dual carriage then onto Aberdulais Interchange, rejoining the A465 and finishing near the Canal car park.
