Timothy Torrie (trainSharp DT) went fastest in the CC Breckland 10-mile time trial beating the course record and 20-minute barrier.
Going off as the scratch-man Torrie justified the position by setting a new course record on his way to victory, he clocked a time of 19 minutes and 30 seconds to place himself on top of the podium.
Competitors faced 30-degree Celsius heat, but event that was not enough to stop the 22-year-old adding another victory to his collection.
His nearest rival was quickest veteran on scratch Dan Blackburn (Epic Orange RT) who finished in 21-39. A further minute behind in 22:39 was under-23 rider Matthew Holland (D A P CC) claiming the final podium spot.
There were no women starters in the field with only one entered.
The B10/19 course is an out and back course that begins in Hingham. Riders go west down Walton Road and continue through Norwich Street and Norwich Road on the B1108 before turning at the roundabout at Buckingham Lodge and heading back for home. A strong south east wind was present for the return leg on this occasion.
Following the National 25-mile Championships in which Torrie finished ninth he has won two of his next three events, finishing second in the remaining which happened to be the latter of the three.
However, he was back to winning ways today despite the hot temperature. Next up for the 22-year-old is the National 10-mile Championship which takes place on August 28.
