Under-23 rider Angus Toms (Tri-Anglia Triathlon Club) took victory by 14 seconds in the Velouse Flyers 25, while Bethany Spencer (Kettering CC) was the fastest woman.
Taking part in his first open time trial event Toms recorded a winning time of 57 minutes and 35 seconds.
The B25/53 saw riders start near Great Bircham and completing two laps of a 12.5-mile loop heading out towards Shernbourne, Dersingham and then Sandringham before the final section on the B1153.
On his way to victory Toms recorded an average speed of over 26 miles per hour which saw him finish 14 seconds ahead of quickest veteran Chris Holmes (VC Norwich).
Completing the podium positions was fellow veteran Darran Bennett (Ely & District CC/B&T Motor Repairs) who recorded a time of 58-14.
With Toms taking place in his first open time trial Spindata had not predicted his finishing place.
In the women’s event Spencer, from Desborough in Northamptonshire, covered the course in an average speed of over 21.25 miles per hour to set a winning time of one hour, 10 minutes and 35 seconds.
Spencer, aged 19, finished second in the Northampton & District CA 20.8 the previous afternoon and went one better on Sunday morning.
Quickest veteran on scratch Kay Burgess (Team Velovelocity) finished second in 1-12-24 while Kamarla Lawson, of host club Velouse Flyers, completing the podium positions.
