Ashley Cox (Team Bottrill) made it three wins on the bounce with a convincing victory in the Team Milton Keynes 20, while Linda Dewhurst (Team Milton Keynes) won the women’s event.
Cox has already won the Welwyn Wheelers hilly 31.1 and Finsbury Park 25 and did not start the North Roads event the previous day in wet and windy conditions.
However, he led throughout to take a clear victory in the Team Milton Keynes 20.
The event saw riders complete two laps of a 10-mile course starting on minor roads before joining the fast A422 and then turning back onto minor roads through North Crawley to the finish.
Cox was in flying form and was already well ahead after the first lap before posting a winning time of 40 minutes and 57 seconds which was almost two minutes clear of his rivals.
Luke Clarke (TMG Horizon Cycling Team) finished fourth in last weekend’s Leo 30 and led the charge for second clocking 42-54.
After taking victory in the North Road 25 the previous day Adam Robertson (University of Bath Cycling Club) capped a successful weekend by completing the podium positions in 44-12.
Jeremy Honor (JCA Equipe Velo) was quickest veteran taking fourth place overall in 44-23 ahead of team-mate Simon Cannings 45-55 while Ian Knight (Milton Keynes RC) finished third in 46-11.
