Kieran Wynne-Cattanach and Lorna Dodd topped the podium as the fastest male and female respectively at the Halifax Imperial Wheelers Hill Climb that took place from Luddenden to Mount Tabor in West Yorkshire on Saturday afternoon.
Wynne-Cattanach (B38/Cycles in Motion) finished as the fastest overall rider after clocking a time of 5-09.
The Espoir rider has began his hill climb season strongly after finishing second at the East Lancs RC two stage hill climb at the start of the month.
He will be looking to continue his good form over the coming weeks with the rider next set to compete at the Withington Wheelers hill climb next weekend.
Joshua Aiken (Pedal Power Cycles Ipswich) finished second on the podium after finishing his run with a time of 5-11, missing out on the top spot by a margin of only two seconds.
Andy Nichols (B38/Cycles in Motion) completed the podium, finishing in a time of 5-13 respectively.
Lorna Dodd (Halifax Imperial Wheelers) finished top of the podium in the women’s event respectively.
The home club rider finished her run with a time of 8-20 to claim the top prize.
Dodd improved on her time from last year of 9-09 and also improved on her finishing position of second.
