Team-mates Liam Bromiley and Keith Ainsworth took a one-two for host club Sheffrec CC in their 25-mile event while Kirsty Bramley (Team Swift) won the women’s category.
A closely fought race saw the top three finishers separated by just 22 seconds with Bromiley coming out on top clocking a winning time of 53 minutes and 22 seconds.
The O25/11 course, which starts near Hatfield Woodhouse, travels East along and back on the A18 during the opening 13 miles before turning South on the A614 and then turning back for home.
A warm day with only a slight breeze made for some fast times along the flat course.
Bromiley who also won the Bolsover & District 10 early last year took a narrow 15 seconds victory over team-mate Ainsworth (53.37) with Whiteley a further seven seconds back.
Bramley was also run close in the women’s event eventually taking victory by 28 seconds in a time of one hour, one minute and 48 seconds.
She also won the Birdwell Wheelers 25 last month on the same course setting a time of 1:00.52 on that occasion.
Her time beat Emilie Verroken (Maxx RT) into second finishing in 1:02.16.
