Josh Coyne and Andrew White (Okehampton CC) took victory by almost a minute in the City Cycle Couriers RT 2-up over 15 miles which incorporated the South West district championships.
The duo clocked a winning time of 33 minutes and 52 seconds along the out and back course down the A374 in east Cornwall.
It was the first time the undulating course has been used which saw riders travel between Antony Village before turning at Trerulefoot roundabout.
Scratch riders Phil Bray and James Cartlidge (Plymouth Corinthians CC) settled for second in 34.44 while Paddy Scullion and Nick Campbell (Mid Cornwall CC) finished third a further second behind.
Rob Scott (City Cycle Couriers RT) and Andrew Parnowski (Alltrax) finished fourth in 36.25 and best composite team.
The prize for first team with a woman rider went to Darren Armstrong and Rebecca Cornwell (Taw Velo) who finished in 38.55, while the fastest all veteran team was Steve Kirby and Marvin Lang (City Cycle Couriers RT) who clocked 39.08.
