Adam Duggleby (Vive Le Velo) battled against tough conditions to take a comfortable victory in the Yorkshire Cycling Federation 30.
Winds of between 17 and 19 miles per hour faced riders as they completed two laps of the tough route along the A1 including the infamous ‘red wall’ near Knaresborough.
Duggleby, 34, from Leeds, clocking a winning time of one hour, two minutes and 40 seconds which was enough for victory by over one minute.
The Yorkshire rider also won the Bridlington CC 10 last week clocking a time of 17.59 on that occasion with an average speed of over 33 miles per hour.
Graves who also won the Yorkshire RC 25 which ran on a similar course had to settle for second with a finishing time of 1:03.51.
Dave Bramley (Team Swift) completed the podium with a finishing time of 1:05.56.
