Mark Nulty (Glossop Kinder Velo CC) took victory by 19 seconds in the Chorley CC 10 over a rolling course.
Experience competitor Nulty clocked a time of 20 minutes and 31 seconds in the Lancashire countryside near Garstang.
Known for his climbing ability the rolling terrain suited Nulty who recorded an average speed of 29.24 miles per hour.
Nulty also won the East Lancs Road Club 10 last month clocking 21.17 on that occasion.
Hamish Graham (Green Jersey RT) led the rest for second in 20.50 which was four seconds faster than Philip Jones (Bella in Sella) in third.
Team Bottrill/HSS Hire rider Zoe Whiteside continued her team’s winning season by taking the women’s victory in 24.47.
