Paceline RT’s Keith Lea took a narrow win in the Bossard Wheelers event held on the F11/10 in Aston Clinton, Buckingham on Saturday.
He was quickest by four seconds with a time of 19.13. Ryan Davies of G.S. Henley was hot on his heels with a time of 19.17.
Another five seconds down on Davies was Kevin Stokes of Team Milton Keynes in third, clocking a time of 19.22.
The times proved to be close throughout the top ten with Oliver Mytton (Cambridge University) and James Middleton (Media Velo) tying for seventh and William Smith (CC Ashwell) sharing tenth place with Harry Paine (Champion System VCCUK).
There was strong competition in the women’s category too. Sophie Household (SSLL Racing Team) took the top step of the podium, completing in 22.59. Claire Kitching (Newbury RC) took second place in 23.03.
