Host club rider Adam Coffey posted a storming time of 20-19 to take victory by over a minute in the Alford Wheelers CC 10-mile time trial staged on the C10/9 near Skegness in Lincolnshire on Sunday.
Coffey, who also won the recent Spalding CC 25, posting a time of 54.15 showed he is just as fast over the shorter distance.
Despite his time being fastest on the day it was exactly a minute slower than Stuart Dangerfield's course record of 19.19.
The course sees riders head on the A1028 from just outside Skegness inland before turning and heading back towards the coast.
Coffey's time was easily enough for victory with Ian Dalton (Cherry Valley RT) leading the rest of the field in second place posting a 21.28.
Just seven seconds behind Dalton in a tight fight for the podium places was Sam Bradley (Alford Wheelers) taking third in 21.35.
The fastest woman on the day was Michelle Morley (Team Swift) who clocked 26.02.
