Benjamin Allen (Westerley CC) cruised to victory by over a minute in the West London CA 30.
After finishing third in the Newbury Road Club 15 last week Allen showed that he is faster over the longer distance and his time of 1:04.25 was easily enough for victory on the H30/1 course near Padworth in Berkshire.
Leading the rest of the men home in a time of 1:05.29 was first woman Rachael Elliott (Newbury Road Club) in a time of 1:05.29.
She was followed home by team-mate Ian Greenstreet whose time of 1:06.05 was good enough for third overall.
The Newbury duo showed the form which saw them clinch the Norlond TT 2-up over 10 miles last month and helped win the team prize on this occasion.
Fastest veteran on standard recording a +17.56 was Robert Gilmore (Hounslow and District Wheelers).
