Rob Sharland (Paceline RT) took victory by 18 seconds in the North Hampshire RC 10 clocking a time of 19 minutes and eight seconds.
After finishing 10th in the RTTC National 10 miles Championship Sharland showed that he has got similar form this season clocking an average speed of 31.36 miles per hour on the out and back course near Farnham.
Sharland also won the Farnham Road Club event on the same course last May clocking a time of 19.13 on that occasion.
Tejvan Pettinger (Sri Chinmoy Cycling Team) had to settle for second on this occasion clocking a time of 19.26 with Liam Maybank (Twickenham CC) finishing third a further four seconds behind.
Julia Shaw (Drag2Zero) was clear winner in the women’s event clocking a time of 20.42 which was fast enough for sixth overall on the day.
