Bloy wins King’s Lynn 25

Daniel Bloy (Team Velovelocity) took victory in the King’s Lynn CC 25, staged on the B25/33 course near Fincham in Norfolk.

The 38-year-old covered the course in 55.49 to win by just nine seconds from Charlie Nurse (North Norfolk Wheelers), while the podium was rounded out by Angus Jardine (Ipswich BC) who was more than two minutes further off the pace with 58.07.

Spalding CC’s Natali Tooley was the fastest female with 1:12.51, while Richard Yates (Sleaford Wheelers) was the best on handicap with an adjusted time of 45.56.

The event included a two-up, and the prize for the best team went to Stuart Emmett and Adrian Whiting (Performance Coaching ME) with 1:06.08.

However, the fastest pairing was the composite duo of Matt Senter (Peterborough CC) and James Senter (King’s Lynn CC) who stopped the clock in 58.09. And Elaine Roesner (Kings Lynn CC) and Ken Roesner (Lichfield City CC) were the best mixed team with 1:12.25.
