The headquarters will open from 11.30am for signing on and number collection.

Body numbers should be fitted in accordance with Regulation 16 and arm numbers should be fitted to the upper arm with the number facing forward.
Please hand your number back to the person on the signing table, don’t just leave it.
Reserves will ride with the number they have on the start sheet not the number they are replacing.
Refreshments are also available at the HQ from 11.30am.
Warming up can be carried out on either the Gipsey Lane or
Smockington Lane (B4114? leads to A5 ) both feed of the Axe & Compass Island and there will be an additional Port a Loo with marshals to look after your machines at the Hauliers yard on the island please make use of these facilities rather than the hedge rows again this helps with our relationship with the restaurant.
Marshall’s wearing Hi Vis jackets will be placed at all junctions on the course for your safety and to give directions particularly at the A5 “Cross In Hand' island where you come off at the 5th EXIT.
They are not there to stop traffic in your favour. Remember the onus is on the competitor to know the course
Warning signs will be placed on all junctions on the course and including routes leading up towards the A5 ‘Cross in Hand Island (Turn)
To make this as safe event as possible it is recommended that spectators make their way to the Wood Farm Brewery which is on the course, access is off Coal Pit Lane onto Green Lane where there is plenty of parking refreshments and toilets, here you will be able to observe riders traveling in both
directions and cheer them on
The start has limited viewing opposite on the grass verge there is no pavement so it would be preferable to relax at the front of the Pesto restaurant where drinks and food can be purchased whilst watching the riders warm up and ride to the start
There will be no parking facilities at the turn ‘Cross In Hand' Island A5
It would be appreciated that the route is kept completely clear of any stationary vehicles
The presentation and awards will be made by Martin Johnson around 16.40.
Please stay to show your appreciation of our prize winners
