The hall will be open from 6.30am on the morning of the event and refreshments will be available from 7.30am onwards.
All riders must “SIGN ON†at the HQ to obtain a number before starting. After finishing, riders may exchange their numbers for a tea or coffee.
In addition to signs, marshals will be extensively stationed around the course and will indicate the direction to be taken. They are not there to indicate whether it is safe to proceed.
Car Park
There is a large pay and display car park next to the hall. A valid ticket is required on Sundaysâ€â€payment on exit.
The start is on a dual carriageway, and can only be reached from a northerly direction (i.e. from the Handy Cross roundabout). Any rider crossing the central reservation, or causing another person on his or her behalf to cross the central reservation, will not be allowed to start and will be reported to the London West District Committee. Allow at least 25 minutes to get to the start from the headquarters Riders must not stop at the finish, but should continue up the slip road leading onto the A4155 and on to the Headquarters.
Any rider disobeying the traffic lights at Charvil will be disqualified and will be reported to the London West District committee.
