Description
This event will take place on the ever popular Astwood F5v course... It'll be over two laps (20 Miles) with the start and finish adjacent to the BikeBus Café.
Sign-on will be at the BikeBus Café where parking and refreshments will be available.
The BikeBus is along the Astwood Road between Cranfield and Astwood. (What3Words: cleans.starts.beaks)
Sign-on will open at 8:30 and the first rider will be off at 10:01 prompt.
The course will be signed and marshalled. This is the description:
"A two lap course starting at the BikeBus café on the Astwood
Road (Horseshoe Farm), Bourne End, Cranfield. Riders set off toward Astwood.
Left turn in village and then a left turn onto the A422 toward Chicheley. Just
beyond Chicheley, left turn into Chicheley Road toward North Crawley, in North
Crawley turn Left toward Cranfield onto Crawley Road at T-Junction. Just past
the Cranfield Airport/University right turn, turn left toward Bourne End on the
Astwood Road and the BikeBus café. Pass the BikeBus and commence lap two.
Course complete at the end of the second lap at the BikeBus. The BikeBus will
act as the Event HQ."
