Due to a major road improvement scheme at being carried out Shawbirch Roundabout this summer, it will not be possible to run this event on the published D100/1 course (the course used in recent years). Instead, the course will be D100/3r, a revised version of the D100/3. In summary, the course will start on the Prees by-pass and will be two laps of Prees – Prees Heath – Tern Hill – Espley – Tern Hill – Prees Heath – Battlefield Church (mini) RAB – Prees. There will be a short leg on the first passage of Prees Heath RAB up to Whitchurch Wem Road RAB and back on lap one only. The finish will be 0.5mile along the B5065 from Prees Green towards Wem so riders will not have to negotiate the Prees by-pass bank just prior to the finish.
