start in gateway almost opposite bourne woods picnic area car park on a151. proceed through edenham to grimsthorpe (3 miles) where 1:8 hill. continue on a151 through corby glen (7.3 miles) where turn right onto b1176. continue on b1176 through bitchfield, boothy pagnell (12 miles) and old somerby to turn at roundabout with a52. retrace on b1176 to junction at corby glen turning left onto a151. continue on a151 to grimsthorpe and proceed through edenham to finish at double gates at the commencement of incline towards picnic area car park.
