RIDERS’ NOTES
Do not cross the B2070 at the Start Area within 100 yards of the Timekeeper
Do not make u-turns in the vicinity of the start and finish Do not warm-up on the Course
Do not stop at finish but continue to Event Headquarters. Please exercise care at the following locations:
- Rams Hill and Ham Barn roundabouts
- joining the A3 on entry slip roads at Steep, Buriton and Bramshott Interchanges,
- passing exit and entry slip roads at all interchanges on the A3,
Observers may be in attendance along the course SAFE ROUTE TO START
The safe route from the Headquarters is to turn right onto the B2070 and proceed south west up the hill to the start. Competitors should allow at least 12 minutes.
SAFE ROUTE FROM FINISH
After finishing, Competitors should take 2nd exit at Princes Bridge roundabout and then turn left in to Andlers Ash Road to return to Liss Village. Turn right onto B3006 to climb up to the junction with B2070 London Road where turn left and proceed to Rake and the Event Headquarters.
In the interests of your own safety, Cycling Time Trials strongly advise you to wear a hard shell helmet that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. It is a requirement that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to following road users and is active while the machine is in use
