HQ details: BDF Village Hall,
Frankton Road, Bourton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire. CV23 9QT
Parking at the HQ is limited to event officials. Riders can park along Frankton Road and Main Street – just a short walk from the HQ. Please park sensibly, ensuring that the roads are not blocked.
The HQ will be open from 1pm. Riders will be required to sign on and collect their number. Any last minute risk assessment issues will be posted on the sign on table.
Cakes and Tea will be available for a small donation (free drink to all riders). Please ensure you return your numbers to the HQ after the event.
Times will be posted inside the HQ – do not ask the timekeepers at the finish. Prizes will be awarded once all riders have finished. If you can stay to congratulate the winners then please do so – have a chat and enjoy the day!
Strictly no cleats inside the HQ!
Safety
CTT & the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a hard-shell helmet that meets an internationally accepted safety standard, & that a working rear light be fitted to all machines. Make sure you keep your head up.
No Warming Up on the course after 2pm. Once finished please follow the suggested route back to the HQ to avoid riding back past the start timekeepers and potentially affecting another riders time.
Riders must exercise care at all times, obey CTT Regulation 20 & the Rules of the road & be considerate to other road users
Keep tight to the near-side on all left turns at the islands; do not approach the islands using Tri-bars; remember that traffic on an island has priority. Keep it safe, & avoid possible disqualification & disciplinary action by being reported by event observers.
