This is a hard-shell helmets compulsory race. In the interests of your own safety cycling time trials and the event promoters strongly advise the use of a rear light, set to steady flashing mode to bring drivers' attention to your presence.
Take caution at the Owler Bar TI - the bottom corner of the RAB is tight. Take care at the Curbar crossroads - there will be marshals here but be aware of traffic whilst you are descending the A621. There are two fast descents on the course, please take care and be aware of the road conditions.
No u turns whatsoever within site of the start or finish. No warming up on the course after the event has started.

The race is part of the JE James North Midland TT Spoco series. The final race is the Bolsover and District CC 17mile Tour de Longstone Edge on Wednesday 29th July. For further details please see:
