Description

Traditionally this has been a light-hearted event with a focus on fancy dress. That has changed over the years with more riders perhaps wanting to test their winter fitness levels and actually racing rather than riding along dressed as a Christmas tree fairy or something equally un-aerodynamic! Also, riding along by yourself, dressed up in fancy dress, can feel a bit silly! However, I would like to encourage fancy dress and keep the fun aspect of this event. Last year we had more fancy dress entries than ever before and it would be nice to build on that. There will be even more prizes for the costumes this time, so please get your creative ideas flowing!

There will also be a bottle of bubbly for the person who breaks the course record of 20:11 set by Ken Buckley (Nuun-Sigma Sport-London RT) last year!
