Event Headquarters: Frank Wickham Hall, Portland Street, Etwall. DE65 6JF. In the centre of the village turn into Willington Road (next to The Spread Eagle PH), then immediately right into Portland Street. Continue up the Hall drive, over speed bumps. The Hall will be open from 13.00hours. Parking is limited at the village hall but there is an overflow car park at John Port School in the centre of the village.
DO NOT PARK IN EITHER PORTLAND STREET OR THE ACCESS DRIVE TO THE VILLAGE HALL.
Numbers: will be available at the HQ
and will be issued after signing-on. These may be exchanged for a free drink after the event.
Refreshments: will be available at the HQ.
At the start: In order to avoid disturbing residents in the vicinity of the start please do not obstruct the road or use the hedgerows as a public convenience. Riders seen doing so will be disqualified from the event. NO competitors’ cars in the start area.
Please do not warm up on the Etwall by-pass once the event has started.
Result board: This will be situated in the Event HQ. NO times will be given by the timekeeper.

Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters recommend that you wear a hard shell helmet that meets an internationally accepted safety standard. We also recommend, even in strong sunlight, the use of a working rear light, either flashing or donstant, is fitted to the machine in a position clearly visible to following road users and is avtive whilst the machine is in use.
