Headquarters:  Norton & Lenchwick Village Hall, Byrd Row, Norton, WR11 4TF    Instructions on Parking (IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE)    THE USE OF THE VENUE FOR CYCLING EVENTS WAS PUT AT RISK BY RIDERS AT A PREVIOUS EVENT  WHO BLOCKED RESIDENTS DRIVEWAYS.  PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN BY FOLLOWING  THESE INSTRUCTIONS:    1. There is “Limited Parking” at the HQ (40 Cars) – If you can come with a fellow competitor please  do so!  2. Please park considerately at the HQ – No Turbos in parking spaces etc.  3. There is “NO” parking in Byrd Row.  4. In King’s Lane please park beyond the turning into Byrd Row.  In no circumstances block the  entrance to residents drives in Kings Lane or Heathfield Road.  5. You can park nearer the start and finish in the layby half way down the hill on the left.    Notes To Competitors    1. Race numbers and sign?on sheet will be at the HQ.   If you wish to eligible for the “Road Bike”  category please ensure you annotate the sheet and confirm with the organiser.  Free tea on  return of number.  2. The distance to the start from the HQ is approximately two (2) miles – allow at least ten (10)  minutes.  See directions below.  3. Please do not warm up on the course, especially between the start and finish areas.  4. Results will be at the HQ, please do not bother the timekeepers at start or finish or obstruct  their view.  Similarly, with the organiser entering results.  5. Obey all Highway Code and Traffic Regulations.  CTT REGULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED.   Anyone riding dangerously or not observing the rules of the road will have their number  recorded and could face disciplinary action.   PLEASE RIDE SAFELY.    IN THE INTEREST OF YOUR OWN SAFETY, CYCLING TIME TRIALS AND THE EVENT PROMOTERS  STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO WEAR A HARD SHELL HELMET THAT MEETS INTERNATIONALLY  ACCEPTED SAFETY STANDARDS.
