START On A3057, approx 2 miles south of King's Somborne, at southern most exit from chalk quarry, in acceleration angle, and almost opposite sign: Lower Brook on West Side of road. (GR 338274).
Proceed south on A3057 through Timsbury to Great bridge, (Romsey), where turn LEFT at mini RAB opposite Esso Filling station, into Fishlake Meadows Road.
Proceed east on Fishlake Meadows Rd to TURN at first RAB (4.4 miles), Junction with Cupernham Lane. (GR 362224).
Retrace on Fishlake Meadows Rd to mini RAB on A3057 where take first exit LEFT south to pass under railway bridge to TURN at mini rab immediately south of Bridge (5.1 Miles), (GR 353219).
Having turned, proceed north on A3057 (care at mini RAB & entrance to filling station), retracing through Timsbury and Lower Brook.
Passing start continue to FINISH at layby at foot of Compton Hill (GR341287).
