Start in Eddleston just past phone box (A703) . Grid ref 242272. Ride for 1ml and turn left at sign for Shiplaw and Lamancha (Grid ref 243 489). After a further mile follow road to the right (not straight on) signposted Lamancha. At T junction at Whim farm take left onto A701 heading South towards Romanobridge. At Romanobridge turn left Grid ref 160 480 onto B7059 and continue towards A72 junction 200m past Drochil castle farm. At A72 junction take left turn heading east towards Peebles. Take left hand turn signposted Eddleston via Meldons Grid Ref 203404. At T junction take left (Grid ref 207408) heading East over the Meldons towards the finish adjacent to the cemetery 239469
