Start at end of footpath south east of Strawberry How junction ,near deristriction signs on the B5292. Proceed towards Lorton passing straight on over Hundith hill crossroads , Follow the B5292 bearing left at the fork to High Lorton and follow the B5292 to the summit of Whinlatter Pass to finish at the end of the stone wall approx 150yds before the entrance to the visitor centre, approx 8miles and 1043 ft of ascent
