start on unclassified road, 50 yards south of b4077 trafalgar crossroads (grsp107285). proceed south-east to b4068 (3.7 miles) where left (give way) onto b4068 to lower swell (6.1 miles). fork left and in 20 yards straight on at crossroads (take extreme care, blind junction and give way sign) and follow unclassified road (caution narrow road with tight bends) to upper swell (7.1 miles). left(give way) onto b4077 to pass finish and immediately turn left at crossroads (11.6 miles), to start the 2nd lap.continue as per the 1st lap to finish on b4077 just before trafalgar crossroads on completion of 2nd lap (23.2 miles).
