U603A course description: Start: is 10 meters east of the centre of the junction of A420 and unclassified road (George lane), heading Eastbound, gr ref. st774739. For senior, junior, para and female events, proceed east on A420 through the Shoe and Ford to junction of a420 with b4039 where left (j1 & h1). Continue north west on b4039 through Yatton Keynell, Castle Combe (h2), Burton to Acton Turville. Take first left on arriving in Acton Turville (j2) gr st 808 807 onto unclassified road (h3) and continue west towards Tormarton where first left onto unclassified road gr st 769 791 (j3). Continue into Tormarton (h4) where left at sharp “t” junction (j4). On leaving Tormarton, continue south on unclassified road over M4 and crossing through Broadmead brook valley (h5) to finish. Finish: Entrance to Marshfield cemetery, on Tormarton road, just north of A420. (19.5mi approx).
