start in bus stop just east of the traffic lights in wick (gr 701 728). proceed east on the a420 up the hill through wick (beware parked cars) and then climb tog hill. at the rab with the a46 (2.8m)(marshal) continue on the a420, all the way to bumpers farm rab in chippenham(13.1m)(marshal). u turn and retrace westwards along the a420 to ford (17m) and turn left (marshal). (beware, narrow road in ford) follow the road up the hill and through colerne, then descend bannerdown hill. at the mini rab (23.6m) (marshal) u turn and retrace to climb bannerdown hill. (caution, you are completing a u turn before the bottom of the hill, so slow down sufficiently. distance countdown markers will be in place). return to ford and turn left onto the a420 (30.2m)(marshal). continue to the finish in lay-by just before marshfield (gr 786 738).
