Start on the B1263 westward in the dip 0.3 miles west of the Atley Hill crossroads.Proceed in
a westerly direction on B1263 towards Scorton, enter Scorton to pass over bridge with care
(priority to vehicles in opposite direction) 2.13 miles, and keep left around village green
towards Catterick. Turn left onto the B6271 towards Yafforth at Coates Garage corner, 2.58
miles. Follow the B6271 passed Ellerton Lakes crossroads, Kiplin Hall and through Great
Langton to turn left onto the unclassified road to Streetlam 8.36 miles. Follow the lane north
to Streetlam, take care at right hand bend with hidden junction on left 9.60 miles, and then
around left hand corner. Continue north on lane passed finish at northern gatepost of field
gate on left, 12.29 miles. Continue up the hill to turn left with care onto the B1263 at the
Atley Hill junction, 12.40 miles, and pass the start 12.73 miles. Continue around a second
lap of the circuit, to cross Scorton bridge 14.86 miles, and turn left onto the B6271 towards
Yafforth 15.31 miles. Follow the B6271 passed Ellerton Lakes crossroads, Kiplin Hall and
through Great Langton to turn left again onto the unclassified road to Streetlam 21.09 miles.
Through Streetlam with care 22.38 miles, to continue north to the finish at the northern
gatepost of field gate on left, (immediately before white detached house on right) 0.1 miles
prior to Atley Hill crossroads 25.02 miles.
