start in unclassified road, south of m5 junction 30, 300 metres from m5 sandygate interchange beyond martin’s caravans and by blue ball inn. proceed to topsham, at mini-roundabout straight on, across topsham flats. at george & dragon hotel, left at roundabout on a376. take third exit (care!) at fire brigade roundabout, onto b3179, through woodbury (care!). climb to junction with b3180 and turn left. climb to past woodbury castle. the bends on the descent from woodbury common can prove tighter than you think – care! continue to halfway inn, where turn left (give way – care!) onto a3052. descend to turn left opposite west point centre, oil mill lane, signposted kenniford farm shop before clyst st mary. continue for 0.7 mls to finish opposite farm gate.
