S32/22S - Start on A39 approximately 1.5 miles North East of Wadebridge at a point level with the fourth kerb stone at the North East end of the lay by (GR SW 007734). 

Proceed South Westwards to Ball Roundabout where take first exit on to A389, signed "Bodmin" (M). Continue for just less than 4 miles to Washaway where turn left on to unclassified road, signed "Pencarrow" (M).  Continue to next junction where give way and turn left on to B3226 (M). Remain on B3226 to Truckle Valley (GR SX 099825) where turn left on to A39 signed "Wadebridge"(M2).

Continue on A39 through St Kew Highway and the finish.

Finish at the start point (GR SW 007734).
