start on old a30 (grsx024 630) at the centre of the 15th line marking the lay-by from the road counting from victoria to innis down direction. proceed to innis down roundabout circle r/a take 4th exit back down old a30 to victoria first roundabout take 1st exit onto the slip road to join the a30 dual carriageway (with care) proceed to next slip road, signed bodmin and st austell. leave dual carriageway here, and at innis down roundabout take 1st exit left on to old a30,repeat previous circuit, at innis down take 1st exit to finish at bottom of dip level with the kerbstone at the junction from the underpass.(gr sx013 628)
