start on the road between Bolton by Bowland and Wiggleworth at layby for storing road repair materials on east side of road north of forest becks. Proceed south to Bolton by Bowland turning left at T junction into village then left on hellifield rd. Continue to crossroads where left to along road signposted Wigglesworth to T junction, where left back to pass start. Continue to a second full lap and finish at starting point.
