Start at the entrance to service area just before sliproad onto A1 at Five Lanes End, enter onto sliproad and proceed north on A1 to Blyth South Bridge. Exit A1 on to sliproad and keep right (Give Way vehicles also come from right occasionally) Go over A1 and join A1 southbound, proceed south on A1 to finish at layby near to Five Lanes End, DO NOT STOP BUT EXIT A1 VIA SLIPROAD.
